Bug fix: QR code login "User is not found" error

Resolved an issue where users received a "User is not found" error after scanning a QR code and confirming on the consent screen in the mobile app.

Bug fix: LiveID face authentication login failure

Resolved an issue where users were not logged in following successful LiveID face authentication on Windows. The failure was caused by a missing JWT, which resulted in the /users/fetch API returning a 401 error.
