What we solve
FACTS/Veracross schools need a secure, streamlined way to verify student and staff identity during enrollment and hiring—and to add step-up verification for high-value tuition/payment actions—without relying on manual checks or legacy processes. This integration uses Veracross’s OAuth-protected REST APIs (plus polling/event callbacks where available) to detect new student/employee records, trigger 1Kosmos identity proofing, and write verification status back to custom fields; it also supports file-based SFTP/CSV paths for FACTS legacy systems and can require biometric step-up before sensitive tuition transactions.
