GoToMeeting

1Kosmos integrates with GoToMeeting (GoTo) as a SAML 2.0 identity provider, giving meeting hosts biometric passwordless access through the GoTo Organization Center.

Overview

GoToMeeting, along with other GoTo products including GoToWebinar and GoToTraining, supports SAML 2.0-based Enterprise Sign-In through the GoTo Organization Center. 1Kosmos can be configured as the SAML identity provider for the GoTo Organization Center, allowing all associated GoTo product users to authenticate biometrically through the 1Kosmos mobile app using a single configuration.

The configuration path is: GoTo Organization Center (https://organization.logmeininc.com) → Identity Provider tab. The Organization Center supports both automatic configuration (via metadata URL) and manual configuration.

With the automatic path, entering the 1Kosmos SAML metadata URL populates the SSO endpoint and entity ID fields automatically. Before SSO can be configured, the organization's email domain must be verified through DNS record or file verification in the Organization Center.

Prerequisites

  • Active 1Kosmos tenant: Administrator access to the AdminX portal. Contact 1kosmos.com/contact if not yet provisioned.

  • GoTo administrator access: Access to the GoTo Organization Center at https://organization.logmeininc.com with permissions to configure identity providers.

  • Verified domain: The organization's email domain must be claimed and verified in the Organization Center before Enterprise Sign-In can be configured.

  • Active GoTo product licenses: Users must have GoToMeeting or applicable GoTo product licenses assigned in the GoTo Admin Center.

  • 1Kosmos mobile app installed: Users must have the app on iOS or Android with biometrics enrolled before testing.

Integration steps

Step 1: Verify your domain in the GoTo Organization Center

  • Log in to https://organization.logmeininc.com and navigate to Domain Verification.

  • Add your organization's email domain and complete verification using the DNS TXT record method. Wait for verification to complete before proceeding.

Step 2: Configure the Identity Provider

  • In the Organization Center, click the Identity Provider tab.

  • For automatic configuration, select Automatic from the drop-down menu and paste the 1Kosmos SAML Metadata URL. The Organization Center fetches the metadata and populates the SSO URL and certificate fields automatically.

  • For manual configuration, select Manual and enter the 1Kosmos Sign-in URL in the Sign-in page URL field, the 1Kosmos IdP Entity ID in the Identity Provider Entity ID field, and paste the 1Kosmos certificate in the Verification certificate field.

  • Click Save.

Step 3: Add GoToMeeting as a SAML application in AdminX

  • Log in to the AdminX portal and navigate to Applications → Add Application.

  • Select SAML 2.0 Generic and click Add integration. Enter "GoToMeeting" as the Application Name and https://app.goto.com as the Application Access URL.

  • Set NameID Format to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress and NameID Value to email. Add claims for email and displayName. Enable Assertion signing and save.

  • Update the SP Entity ID and ACS URL fields with the values generated by the GoTo Organization Center if available.

Step 4: Test the integration

  • Log in to a GoToMeeting account using the Enterprise Sign-In option. Enter your email address. You will be redirected to the 1Kosmos login screen.

  • Open the 1Kosmos mobile app, scan the QR code, and complete biometric authentication. Confirm you are redirected to GoToMeeting as an authenticated host.

Integration notes

The GoTo Organization Center's Enterprise Sign-In configuration applies to all GoTo products associated with the organization, including GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining. A single 1Kosmos IdP configuration in the Organization Center covers all of them.

After SSO is active, users receive a welcome email containing their Company ID, which they use to initiate Enterprise Sign-In at the GoToMeeting login page.

Contact GoTo support if you want to enforce Enterprise Sign-In as the only login method and prevent direct credential login.
